Assuming that the subject area falls within our field of expertise then we would be happy to help you with your story or article by means of an email or telephone-based interview. Please email us with your request.
You can buy reports in three currencies: GBP, USD and EUR. To change currencies simply click on the 'change site currency' buttons in the top right hand corner of the page.
This will then display prices on our site in your chosen currency.

As an example, your order will appear on your card statement as 'Generator_12345' where the number 12345 is your Order Number. If you need to query your order please quote this number.
The precise transaction showing on your card statement will depend on the currency you selected to place your order and the currency of your credit card account.
For example, if you have a US credit card account (e.g. AMEX) and you ordered a report in USD then the amount you will see on your card statement will be the exact same amount that you saw when you placed your order.
However, if you ordered in EUR then the amount you would see on your credit card statement would be the equivalent amount USD as calculated by your card provider when the transaction was settled.
Yes, we can do this but there will be an additional charge to cover the printing and delivery by FedEx. There will also be a delay of around 10 working days timed from the placement of your order.
Please email us for a quotation.
You can find a PDF receipt for your purchase by logging in to your account.
To do this, click the 'Login' link (top right) and enter the email address and password you used when you created your account.
You will then be able to see a list of all the orders you have placed. You will also be able to download a PDF receipt for each order.
In the first instance, we suggest that you check your Junk Email folder and anti-SPAM software settings.
It is not unusual for email servers, Junk Mail filters and anti-SPAM software systems to have been set up in such a way that legitimate Generator emails do not reach the intended mailbox.
If you have checked your anti-SPAM settings and your Junk Email folder and you still cannot find our email then please let us know
Alternatively, you can download any purchased reports by logging into your account on this site.
We do not provide sample content. We make a considerable effort to describe the content of our reports by providing a detailed table of contents for each report.
If you require further insight into the quality of our research then we suggest you browse the thousands of pages of content available on our online portal.
Our reports are priced at a competitive level and we are unable to provide discounts.
In the first place we suggest you check that you entered the card details correctly:
|Cardholder Name||Please be sure to enter this name exactly as it appears on the card.|
|Billing Address||This may not be the same as your company address. The billing address is the address that the monthly card statement is sent to.|
|City||The city will be defined on the monthly card statement.|
|ZIP/Postal Code||The ZIP/Postal Code will be defined on the monthly card statement.|
|Card Number||This is the long number on the front of the card.|
|Start Date/Valid From Date||This information appears on the front of some cards. If this information does not appear on the front of the card then you do not have to enter it.|
|End Date/Expiry Date||This information appears on the front of all cards.|
|Security Code (CCV)||This is normally the last three digits of the number that appears on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
For AMEX cards, this is a 4-digit number that appears on the front of the card.
If you are sure that your card details are correct then the problem may be that your card limit has been exceeded. In this case, we suggest you either (i) use another card; (ii) choose another ordering method or (iii) wait until your card balance has been cleared which will normally be at the end of the month.
Note that it is not unusual for international card transactions to be declined. In an effort to reduce card fraud, most card providers use a card's 'usual transaction profile' to flag anything that might indicate that a fraudulent transaction is being attempted. This type of problem may arise when, for example, you use your card for an unusual purchase amount, make a purchase in a foreign currency or purchase a product from a site in a foreign country.
The solution is to call your card provider who will probably lift the block immediately.
If you are based in the United Kingdom then VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
If you are based in another EU Member State then you will not be charged VAT but you will need to provide your VAT number if you or your company has one.
For all other countries VAT is not charged and a VAT number is not required.
You must try to place your order in the same currency as your card account. We support three currencies: GBP, USD and EUR.
To change currencies simply click on the 'change site currency' buttons in the top right hand corner of our site.
This will display all prices on our site in your chosen currency.
If your card account is not in GBP, USD or EUR then there is no way of knowing in advance the exact amount that will appear on your card statement. This is because your transaction will be settled by your bank and we have no way of knowing the FOREX rate that will be used, which varies on a continuous basis. In this case, it may be better to choose another payment method which will allow you to pay by electronic transfer.
Be sure to read about alternative payment options.
Yes, no problem.
Following receipt of your order you would receive an email containing a download link(s).
You would then click each link in order to download one copy of each PDF report.

- You can publish the report to your internal document repository.
- You can print the report and house any number of copies of it on your library shelves.
- You can publish the PDF report to your intranet or internet website so that authorized users can obtain the report.
- You can print the report on an unlimited basis.
The PDF is copy-enabled so users can copy charts and tables or excerpts of text from the document. And, as referenced above, the PDF is also print enabled.
If your intended usage is not covered then please email us to explain your requirements.
Yes, provided access to your intranet is for authourised library users only.

Also, we do not lock PDF reports using passwords.
No, the link will be active for 48 hours only, however you can always login to your account on this site and download further copies.
Assuming that you uploaded the PDF report to your intranet, authorized users would then be able to download the report as many times as they wanted. The limit on the number of simultaneous downloads would be set by your web server.
Users can be located within the company building, or anywhere else (e.g. on campus, at home, or in another country while on a business trip etc.). They just need to be registered users. Their physical location is irrelevant.
However, to enable this usage case you must purchase an Unlimited Readers license.
